Welcome to Coastal Xtreme Athletics North! We are Jackson County’s premier gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, ninja, and party location! We offer over 25,000 sq ft of fully air-conditioned space for your athlete to safely learn the sport they love! We’re dedicated to helping children grow not only as athletes, but as confident, capable individuals. From our preschool programs to advanced training for experienced gymnasts, we offer classes tailored for every age and skill level.
Gymnastics is one of the best activities for developing a child’s motor skills. Through climbing, rolling, jumping, swinging, and balancing, kids build coordination, body awareness, agility, and control. These skills translate into better posture, improved reaction time, and a strong foundation for all other sports and physical activities.
